Shipping Information
All our products are shipped with trackable delivery. The normal delivery time is 6–12 business days. Orders are shipped from our international warehouse.
Please note that orders may be subject to import duties or taxes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link to follow your package.
Returns
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the date you received the product, provided that the packaging is intact and the product is unopened. For health and hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal only applies if the seal on perfumes, cosmetics, and hygiene products is unbroken. The right of withdrawal does not apply to customized goods, perishable products, or specially made items. Furthermore, it does not apply to used electronic components. Products purchased on sale are not covered by open purchase or exchange rights.
Return Process
For fast and easy handling, we recommend that you contact our customer service before returning a product. Please email us at info@selenawear.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Download and print the withdrawal form, fill it out, and include it in your package. Please also send a copy of the form to us by email.
Once we have received and inspected your return, you will be notified by email whether your refund is approved or denied. If approved, your refund will be processed within 1–3 business days to your original payment method.
All returns must be sent with trackable shipping. Please send us the tracking number and proof of shipment by email.

Important: The return must be made within 14 days from the date you received the product. Packages returned after this period will be sent back to the sender, and additional costs may apply.
Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping when exercising the right of withdrawal ($15 USD plus any export or import charges). If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us and we will assist you with a claim.
Uncollected Packages
If you do not collect your package and it is returned to us, you will be charged a fee of $15 USD for the return shipping.
Delivery Information
We offer multiple delivery options, including home delivery. If your package is too large for your mailbox, you will receive a notification to collect it from your nearest post office.
Consumer Rights
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date you received the item. To do so, please notify us clearly of your decision.
Administrative Fee for Cancellations
If you cancel your order after it has been confirmed, an administrative fee of $3 USD may apply. This covers the cost of handling the cancellation. You will always be informed of any fees in advance.
Returns of Defective and Non-Defective Goods
We accept returns of both defective and non-defective products. However, in the case of exchanges, the return shipping fee is charged to the customer.
